Three Point Quality Process

At Kuntal, stringent quality inspection is employed at every stage of production – from the selection of blocks and rechecking of every block once they are dressed at factory, to ascertaining the quality of the cut and polish once cutting process is complete.
To ensure use of accurate quantity of epoxy, a crucial factor in the process, we use Digital Calibrated Weighing Machine. All slabs are heated in the resin line to ensure the epoxy is well absorbed in the slabs and all pin holes are sealed before polish. Once resinated, slabs are reheated to dry the resin before they are polished.
To ascertain the gloss on the slabs is compliant with highest international standards of quality, we use a Gloss Meter.
